Tasting - Bricco Dei Tati Rosè

Name: Bricco Dei Tati Rosè
Varietal: Barbera
Region: Piemonte
Country: Italy
Year: 2012
Price: $6.95
Winery Review: Fresh with aromas of strawberries, cherries, and rose petals, this is an ideal wine with shellfish, salads, chicken, and appetizers.

My Review: This was one of the first rose's I have ever had that had an over powering delicious aroma. It smelled strongly of a sweet strawberry, banana jolly rancher. Although it was a powerful aroma it was soft and light. This wine had light tannins and was not dry. It was refreshing and had a strawberry finish that was very pleasant.
