Shop Review: Bright salmon pink; typical of the fresh but warm Provence style. Refined and complex on the nose, with summer fruit and floral notes. Dry and crisp, with a delicate flavor and full texture.

My Review: One of the things I found most interesting about this wine was the color of it. It had a light pink color. Not light or white enough to be seen as a true white but not pink enough to be sure it is a rose. I thought this wine had a warm nose, kind of like a toasted marshmallow. It also seemed to have a floral nose like most other whites and rose wines. This wine left something to be desired on the palate. Although it was soft in tannins it seemed to lack a certain jazz to it. This wine would be nice chilled and would be perfect for a picnic in the middle of a hike.
